General Discussion / Photomanips

Recently I found a tiny bit of motivation and wanted to see how hard doing some good 'ol photomanipulations were, specifically of personally taken photos

I think this one came out about average, It was really hard to get any semblance of detail inside the glove

This one just took a long time trying to get lighting to be anywhere near decent (yes that's 7 separate pairs of gloves)

unsure if i'll do more in the future, but it's possible

General Art / Art Trade Result
« on: May 26, 2017, 01:05:20 AM »
I have a friend who's very involved with art (professional concept artist) and we decided to do an art trade

(nsfw, furry, lots of gloves)

my end is taking a long time, given the specific nature of how weird this trade was (art for a song w/ scripted effects in a game) but I thought that people here would appreciate the LC

Off-Topic Board / Music Tastes

So I've been wondering, essentially what's in the title of this thread.  What are people's musical tastes here?

Personally, I'm a hopeless anime lover, and get sucked in by most opening themes and some ending themes.  Mostly all J-rock type stuff.  In terms of lyrics, this is probably the only "genre" of music that I listen to that actually has any vocals on it.  The rest is pretty much all electronic.

Also, I'm a huge rhythm gamer (see, flashflashrevolution), and have picked up a love for IIDM (artists like The Flashbulb), and alot of hardcore (terminal 11, dev/null) and j-core (t+pazolite, DJ Sharpnel, kors k), and anything with complex moving parts (xi)

I'll probably go link to some of my favorite songs once I get the access to music, because I think it's a lot easier explaining musical taste through examples.
